As a cloud generalist I deploy solutions on prem and off prem that utilize industry standard cloud products within Azure and GCP cloud platforms. Some of my exposure includes Google Big Query, Azure Message Bus, Azure Automation, and other products. The python libraries for Azure and Google utilize many solutions I have provided for my different positions in the precious metals and banking industry. SQL is the universal language of data. SQL is a must have for a data professional and is foundational for many of my dashboarding solutions.
In 2020 to the end of 2022 I was a data analyst at APMEX, one of the largest online bullion dealers in the nation. Using Tableau, Big Query, Microsoft SQL, and Cloud Functions I was able to demonstrate google online campaign conversion KPIs to executives. The precious metals industry during this time called for nimble data skills expected within a 2 man data shop. Currently I am at First Fidelity Bank supporting the innovation department with banking core integrations, data dev, and maintaining FFB’s database, data orchestration and ETL processes.
In my office hangs my computer science degree. While I only use a kernel of the knowledge I gained, the linux operating system, python development, and a curiosity for fine data provide an exploratory itch outside of work. I currently have a Proxmox home server which I use for virtualization of Apache Airflow, Postgresql, Windows Server, and other tools to support my data hoarding hobby and experimentation of new industry APIs like what is provided by Open AI. Non-work related hobbies include Golf, Guitar, and Gaming.

Computers and the Web have been present in my life since Windows 95 and I personally dev on mac os (i don't use Arch btw) with linux containers and VMs. Communication with friends and colleagues is the reason why I am where I am today. It’s their data, I value most.

Projects listed bellow include a small demo of spatial_clustering with Python using geopandas and a larger black jack project no longer under development using pygame. Both projects were developed while pursuing my Bachelor's Degree at Texas State University.
